One-on-one coaching creates space to reflect, build resilience, and sharpen your leadership practice, supporting you to act with courage, accountability, and deep connection to the communities you serve.
Liz will work with you to explore systemic topics, like overall organizational development and sustainability, fundraising, strategy, or more personal ones, like protecting your own peace while fighting injustice.
You will receive 6 one hour coaching sessions spread out over 6 months.

8-month learning cohort exploring our Building Community Powertoolkit. This is the step-by-step process Emergence has drawn on over the last seven years to help organizations emerge as powerful, effective, community-driven changemakers. That includes helping many brand new organizations to grow their budgets to over $1 million.
Each month dives into one step of the process over a two hour zoom session, giving organizations practical tools and strategies to grow, thrive, and deepen their impact. This group learning community is great for new, small, or grassroots organizations looking to build a strong foundation.
This is a group learning cohort, intended to be focused on new, emerging, or grassroots organizations. There will be 10 organizations in the cohort together. Organizations are welcome to bring 2 people to the cohort.
